Japan as the Aka Manto from Japanese Urban Legends.

He asks if you want red or blue paper. If you answer red you basically get ripped to shreds. If you answer blue he strangles you. If you try to trick him or say a different colour he'll drag you to the underworld. The only correct answer is "No paper."
