 This is an oekaki board that focuses on drawings and fan art that are related to the comic/anime Axis Powers Hetalia (ヘタリア Axis Powers). Please read the Rules before posting anything to these boards.

 First time oekaking? Up there here darling, there's some tutorials for PaintBBS and ShiPainter (The link was dead oops) And well, if you want to try Chibipaint, here's a little tutorial for him too. (Click on name) I recommand it, it's like a baby Photoshop, very completed and it's got transparency!
